AFRY Future Stars programme consists of summer work and the suitable amount of part-time work alongside the studies. The program includes four training days, which support your development.
During the training days, you will learn important skills about working in the consulting business and finding your professional potential. As a Future Stars trainee you are supported by your manager and trainee network in finding your career path and developing you professionally. You will be also supported by your own tutor throughout the programme.
Work tasks are defined individually depending on the trainee’s situation, knowledge and interests. During the programme you can also negotiate about a possibility to write your thesis for AFRY. The programme begins in May 2025 and lasts for half year to one year.
We are looking for a Stars Trainee to our Forestry, Biomass and Carbon team!
Our Forest, Biomass and Carbon Team within the AFRY Management Consulting’s Bioindustry business area provides leading-edge consulting and advisory services. We cover the entire biobased value chains, focusing on the upstream part of the chain, including among others topics such as feedstock availability, sourcing and markets as well as nature based carbon solutions. We are a growing team of around 30 management consultants located in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Indonesia and the UK and are looking to strengthen our group with new talents.
