Senior Project Manager

Location: Brussels Midi (2 days onsite)
Remote: 3 days per week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex cloud-native software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, experience managing offshore and decentralized teams, and the ability to present to C-Level stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cloud-native software projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee and coordinate offshore and decentralized teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Apply project management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, etc.) to streamline processes.
• Communicate effectively with C-Level executives, providing clear updates and insights.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure project quality.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• 5+ years of experience handling cloud-native software projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with offshore/decentralized teams.
• Certified in Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent).
• Strong ability to present to and engage with C-Level executives.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and French or Dutch (preferably trilingual).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Background in enterprise software development or SaaS projects.
