Chat Representative

AIA Atlanta is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with our members and clients through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries about our services, events, and membership benefits. Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to members and clients via live chat, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Accurately communicate information about AIA Atlanta’s programs, services, and membership.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up on unresolved issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements.
• Stay informed about AIA Atlanta programs and industry news to provide relevant information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a chat or online environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with chat support platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
