Digital & Motion Designer - New York

Our agency client, an independent branding firm creating meaningful connections through culture, conversation & design is looking a Senior Digital & Motion Designer.

This role is for you if you’re a creative that thrives and works confidently in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working closely and directly with your clients and external vendors/suppliers. You have passion for beauty brands and are creatively engaged by the many ways that brands can be activated in digital spaces.

• Develop creative solutions and implement design of preestablished directions.
• Bring motion/animation to the forefront – creating custom content to editing pre-existing supplied files.
• Provide leadership and guidance around the digital space – you will be required to educate marketing clients, as well as our internal team on practical feasibilities.
• Properly interpret client briefs/objectives to develop design strategies.
• Responsible for remaining current with trends – specifically within beauty, health and wellness.
• Assist in maintaining and promoting systems and protocols to optimize the efficiency of the studio.
• Able to maintain a close, working relationship with the client.
• Create a positive, lasting impression for our people and our clients.
• Support a corporate culture that is positive, fulfilling, nurturing and rewarding.

• 5-7+ years of experience in motion, editing and digital design, ideally in an agency.
• A strong portfolio the demonstrates the breadth of your work.
• Extensive experience in the beauty category.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, PhotoShop and Illustrator
• 3D experience is an asset!
