Right now, we’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our team who shares our passion for forward-thinking and innovative approaches. 

About this team

Our People team is responsible for looking after our workforce. That means everything from talent acquisition, engagement, and retention through to benefits administration and day-to-day human resources management. The Role:

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you are the craftsman of messaging. Meticulous and strategic, you narrate the company’s story through various channels, ensuring relevance, coherence, and impact. This role often serves as the critical editorial eye, fostering a communication landscape that engages and informs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive communication plans that seamlessly align with the company's vision and business goals. Ensure effective dissemination of relevant information to the appropriate individuals at opportune moments, fostering a well-informed and engaged workforce.
  • Collate and interpret data on message penetration and audience feedback to refine strategies.
  • Draft compelling content for newsletters, announcements, and internal websites.
  • Curate engaging experiences, such as Town Halls or QBUs, that enhance corporate culture.
  • Function as the liaison and advisor between various company departments to facilitate transparent information flow.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in content strategy, including message development, audience identification, and brand voice.
  • Advanced knowledge of communication software and analytics.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adaptable to different mediums and tones.
  • Strong interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Once applying you should hear from our Talent Experience team within 5 days regarding the status of your application. If you are selected to move forward you can generally expect 4 stages with us 

  1. 30-45 minute call with one of our Talent Partners 
  2. 45 minute Depth of Expertise Interview with the hiring manager 
  3. Skills interview and or presentation for 1 hour with the wider team 
  4. Company values interview for 1 hour
