About the Role:


We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Partnerships Manager to help build and scale our technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in managing and expanding our partnerships while driving operational excellence across our partner programs. You will work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and other teams to ensure the seamless execution of our partnership strategy as well as onboard, manage, and maintain relationships with vendor partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Operations & Enablement: Work closely with Revenue Operations to deploy and manage channel relationships, ensuring smooth execution of partner programs.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop training, collateral, and resources that educate internal teams, partners, and market.
  • Partner Onboarding & Management: Lead onboarding for new partners, ensuring a streamlined and structured process to maximize impact. Develop joint marketing, sales enablement, and co-selling initiatives and collateral with partners to drive mutual success
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between partnerships and internal teams, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Process & Resource Development: Continuously optimize partnership operations, updating collateral, tracking partner performance, and improving workflows.
  • New Partner Identification: Support the Director of Partnerships in identifying and assessing new technology and commercial partnerships. Build business cases for strategic partnerships and present recommendations
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key success metrics, including partner-sourced revenue, influenced revenue, integrations launched, and co-marketing revenue impact.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, or alliance experience within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong operational mindset with a passion for building processes, improving efficiency, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across varying levels and teams.
  • A natural connector and relationship builder who captivates a room, energizes others with their ideas, and inspires engagement.
  • Experience with Partner tracking or relationship management tools (strongly preferred), Salesforce/CRM, Hubspot, and Notion (nice to have).
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution, diving into the details while keeping an eye on long-term goals.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel 15-20% for offsites and industry conferences.
