Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients. The NP will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, prescribe medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role includes on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities as needed to support patient care. 


Duties & Responsibilities:


Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, medical histories, and physical exams.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.

Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.

Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime as required.


Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) in [Specify Specialization: Family, Adult-Gerontology, Acute Care, etc.].

Active RN and APRN licenses in the state of practice.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
