Product Manager

Aktiia is looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the creation of transformative health experiences.

Building on the success of the Aktiia Bracelet, this new software product will empower users to move beyond monitoring and insights to actively managing and improving their health.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Own the vision and outcomes: Develop and champion a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new Transform Membership that align with company goals and deliver measurable impact for our users.
• Collaborate for success: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to identify opportunities, define priorities, and ensure flawless execution.
• Focus on the problem: Deeply understand user needs and problems through research, data, and engagement with customers, ensuring we build solutions that matter.
• Drive product discovery: Lead a structured discovery process to uncover the right solutions and validate ideas through testing, experimentation, and iteration.
• Deliver measurable results: Define and track success metrics to measure product impact, iterating based on data and feedback.
• Be the voice of the user: Advocate for our users in every decision, ensuring their needs and expectations drive what we build.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong understanding of principles of product discovery, delivery, and outcomes.
• A problem-first mindset, with a passion for deeply understanding users and solving their most important challenges.
• A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric products.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to balance qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.
• Passion for health technology and the opportunity to improve lives through transformative products.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in startups or fast-scaling environments.

• Familiarity with regulated product categories, digital health, or cardiovascular monitoring.
