Industry Marketing Specialist For Aktion Software Division (Level 1)

Role and Responsibilities:

· Key contributor to our success by understanding the intricacies of our key industries and developing targeted marketing strategies that drive growth.

· Responsible for managing marketing, advertising, and promotional event activities for various products in the Canadian market.

· Collaborate with divisional teams, including the VP, Sales Manager, and sales representatives, to formulate a comprehensive marketing content strategy that defines our unique selling positioning and value proposition.

· Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders.

· Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans as needed.

· Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and marketing best practices.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

· For consideration for the position, one must have experience writing content and marketing strategies directly related to promoting products and services. (Technology and/or cloud ERP solutions content experience is a plus.)

· Must have experience marketing in Canada with a clear understanding of Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) as it applies to marketing.

· 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.

· Experience creating compelling content and messaging using a range of channels in demand creation that maximizes ROI.

· Digital Marketing experience and Hubspot experience are a plus.

· The candidate must be professional, technology-oriented, and computer proficient.

· The candidate must be efficient, focused, and able to prioritize tasks and work independently.

· Possess strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service skills.
