Office Manager, Bethesda, MD

We are looking for an Office Manager to manage day to day operations for Aledade’s downtown Bethesda office space. The Office Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and highly organized office space, with a range of tasks including procuring office supplies, coordinating catering and food delivery as needed, managing deliveries, organizing events in the office (this includes bi-monthly socials as well as coordinating and hosting Retreats), scheduling conference rooms, and managing our web-based voicemail and emails. This role involves collaborating with colleagues and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

*Position is 5 days a week in office, non-remote option

• Greet employees/guests/stakeholders while maintaining a high level of customer service; maintain daily attendance tracker 
• Order/stock/maintain grocery/office supplies; track and manage office inventory/expenses 
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and dialpad voicemails; communicate to respective Managers for follow-up 
• Serve as point of contact for building management (fire-drills, window washing, building maintenance, etc.) 
• Assist with meetings, company events and team retreats (require occasional early mornings/late evening hours to support events 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality

• 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager
• In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
• Hands on experience with Google Suite
• Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines)

• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, lift
• Must be able to sit/stand for periods of time
• Must be able to lift 5-30 lbs
