Job Description:

Sharpcontra is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, organization, and distribution of products within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is detail-oriented, can handle physical tasks, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and storage containers.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accurate order picking and packing.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and help with stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Report any safety hazards or issues with inventory to supervisors.
• Work efficiently to meet daily goals and deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize inventory effectively.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but training can be provided.
