People Services Administrator

Summary

The People Service Administrator-Stations is responsible for a range of Human Resource duties along with maintaining compliance with TSA/FAA regulations. Human resource tasks include recruiting, onboarding, ATS, etc. This role will also partner with the badging department on site to ensure badging compliance is met. The PS Administrator is also responsible for facilitating all C+E events and programs.

Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Education:  High School Diploma/GED


Years of Experience:  

Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.


•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•Strong attention to detail and organization skill.

•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

•Ability to obtain SIDA badge.

•Understands and supports the People Services Culture by embodying it in all interactions, teaching others, and taking ownership for continuous improvement.

•Develops ongoing relationships with partner airports and actively participates in activating new SIDA and parking programs at airports where they did not exist before.


Preferred Requirements

•Previous Human Resource experience.

•Administrative Skills - Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); Ultimate Software a plus. Proficient with MS Office Suite.

•Relationship and Communication - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels.

•Problem Solving - Can work with the business to identify position needs and develop sourcing strategies to support those needs. Can recognize job fit and culture criteria and make sound decisions on candidate viability.

•Program Management - Understand of general HR practices and processes and how they relate to role and overall company objectives. Proficiency using HRIS, Recruiting and Onboarding systems, specifically UltiPro.

•Autonomy - Can work independently with limited supervision.

•Culture - Asks questions and makes suggestions to contribute to the Culture of Allegiant.

•Decision Making/Problem Solving - Can pinpoint the problem, research solutions, and present options for resolution. 


Job Duties

•Source, screen, and assist in the selection of assigned roles which are primarily part-time hourly.

•Represent Allegiant at local college career centers, community organizations, job fairs, etc.

•Coordinate offer and pre-hire tasks for internal and external candidates.

•Onboard all new Team Members to include but not limited to: training, Employee Action Forms, SIDA badge processing, attendance policy, and other Allegiant specific information. 

•Serve as local People Services representative for items such as new and annual CHRC paperwork, OJI reports, employee filing (scanning into the electronic system), training support, attendance tracking, as well as assisting with performance/corrective counseling paperwork, employee attrition, and exit interviewing. 

•Order and maintain inventory of Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment.

•Auditing of agent payroll and overtime tracking and assistance.

•Assist with schedule bid design and shift bid award processes. 

•Completion of monthly Hours Per Turn reporting.

•Assist with badge compliance including termination and collection of badges.

•Facilitate employee training and coaching.

•Daily Communications - daily check-ins with CSA/GOA population. 

•Assist with scheduling and implementing bidding process for CSA/GOA population.

•Assist with internal audits including rap back, SIDA, parking cards etc.

•Attend local leadership meetings.

•Function in partnership with GM/AGM.

•Other duties and special projects as assigned by People Services management.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role


Essential Services Provider
