For this position, we are looking for 2 people.
What does this role involve?
- You will support tasks carried out by the recruitment team, in the business and operational area
- You will provide the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from first contact to employment
- You will assist in tracking and updating data related to recruitment processes to ensure accurate reporting
- You will contribute to achieving collective targets. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
- We will introduce you to the world of tools that are helpful in the recruitment process (including Cronofy, Devskiller, SAP tools and others)
- You will help us with administrative tasks related to recruitment
- You will cooperate with representatives of various business areas within Allegro

- Have above-average social and communication skills

- Know Czech or Slovak at C1 level and English at B2+ level
