Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology)

What does this role involve

• You will conduct end to end recruitment processes for positions in the Technology area
• You will ensure the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from the first contact to hire
• You will be dealing with Hiring Managers from various backgrounds and countries, from kick off to placement 
• You will make sure that the data in our systems are complete and accurate and will leverage them in the conversions with internal stakeholders
• You will cooperate with various HR teams to improve the process and experience both for candidates and Hiring Managers

This job is for you, if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Team, including end-to-end recruitment
• You have experience in IT recruitment for a variety of roles, like developers, big data specialists, and designers
• You know how to build strong relationships with the business, hiring managers, and main stakeholders
• You understand IT industry trends, candidate market dynamics, and the specific nature of IT recruitment
• You have previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• You are open to change and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• You have a data-driven mindset
• You are innovative, proactive, and goal-oriented
• You put the emphasis on operational excellence and communication skills
• You want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English and Polish
