Data Analytics Manager

Alliance Animal Health is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to drive business success. We have recently launched reporting and insights reliant on our data warehouse, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Manager of Data Analytics to join our team and play a key role in shaping our long-term data strategy. We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Manager of Data Analytics to help lead our data initiatives and provide trusted insights that support marketing, client analytics, KPI tracking, and business growth. This role requires a strong background in data science and analytics, with extensive experience in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-site business environment and be eager to take on significant responsibility within a young and growing data team.

• Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies to support business objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
• Provide actionable insights through marketing analytics, client behavior analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including marketing, finance, and operations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance business performance.
• Support and optimize data collection, storage, and governance processes.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in new project initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and performance tracking.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Mentor and support junior team members as the data team continues to grow.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles.
• Familiarity with AWS platform
• Strong Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data
• Experience in Python for data manipulation and modeling
• Previous experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills for validating outputs and key reports
• Experience with marketing analytics, client-based reporting, and KPI tracking
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications. This role is bonus eligible. 

Location: This role is hybrid, with location preferences being in the tri-state area to travel to our corporate headquarters 1-2 times per month. 

Travel Expectations: 1-2 times per year
