Sales Enablement Manager
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this person is responsible for working in collaboration with our product, marketing and creative teams to develop content, training, customer presentation materials, and other go-to-market sales enablement tools to support and drive growth across Alma’s partnerships. As this role will work in collaboration with our partners’ sales and employer client management teams, the role requires knowledge of sales and account management processes, ideally in healthcare.
Collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem are central to Alma’s mission to simplify access to high-quality in-network mental healthcare. In this role, you’ll play an essential role in making therapy more affordable and accessible to individuals seeking care.
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong project management and client presentation skills. This person is data-driven, collaborative, and has a proven track record in sales support and enablement.

Salary Band: $110,000 - $140,000
