Retail Operations Intern

OVERVIEW

As the Retail Operations & Communications Intern, you will play a supporting role in the Retail Operations team, gaining hands-on experience in store communications, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Alo internship programs starts June 9th and ends August 1st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating and distributing engaging store communication materials to all markets in the required language.
• Organize and maintain the store communications library at a global level, creating a go-to resource hub for retail teams across the world.
• Support the rollout of new retail operations programs, spending time in stores to ensure smooth execution.
• Gather feedback from stores to improve processes and enhance the associate experience.
• Help ensure key retail operations resources are clear, accessible, and up to date.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a BA in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Comfortable working with Powerpoint and Graphic Design tools such as Canva.
• Interest in retail operations, communication and problem-solving.

The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
