Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Assist customers with inquiries and product information

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and balance the cash register at the end of each shift

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding transactions and returns

• Support other team members with general store tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred

• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

• Basic proficiency in operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems
