We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Track and analyze account performance to optimize client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements efficiently.

Qualifications
