Job Description

Sociaxe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. The Communications Agent will be responsible for supporting internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, press releases, and newsletters

• Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify accurate information for communication materials

• Assist in the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements

• Maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels

• Support crisis communication efforts when necessary

• Ensure that all communication complies with company policies and branding guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
