SharpContra is looking for a talented and proactive Communications Agent to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our company and its stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective communication at all levels. You will manage inquiries, disseminate information, and uphold the company’s reputation through exceptional communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay updates, announcements, and critical information to clients and partners.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing communication strategies to support company initiatives.
  • Address and resolve stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication activities.
  • Support crisis communication efforts if needed.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication software.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a communications or customer-facing role is a plus.
