We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, creating compelling content, and ensuring that our messaging aligns with the company's goals and values. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters, press releases, and other materials.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, events, and initiatives to enhance internal communication.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and manage public relations efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a communications or related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Knowledge of branding and corporate communications best practices.
