Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. If you are passionate about customer care and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.
  • Maintain customer records and update accounts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report customer feedback to improve services and processes.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to address customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
