Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established time limits

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

• Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
