Czech Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently seeking a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and who enjoy helping clients manage their tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries about service offerings, scheduling, and task management.
• Effectively resolve client issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document client interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with virtual assistants and team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Educate clients on how to maximize the benefits of virtual assistant services.
• Gather feedback from clients to support the continuous improvement of services provided.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote support environment.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in customer support software and general office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
