We are currently looking for a Czech Speaking Consultant for our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the events industry and have a sound understanding of online ticketing solutions tailored for the Czech market.

Responsibilities

• Support Czech-speaking clients by providing expert advice on online ticketing and event services.
• Assist clients in managing their ticketing systems and improving their event management strategies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing ticketing processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of ticketing solutions customized to client requirements.
• Guide clients through local event regulations and compliance requirements as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in ticketing technology and the events industry to advise clients effectively.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and exceptional service.

• Fluency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or similar consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices within the events sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights for clients.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex information in a clear and effective manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
