Job Description:
Sharpcontra is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional support while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related questions.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
