We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Salary:$17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Provide information about our products and services, addressing customer concerns effectively.
• Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
