Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for clients and team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and providing solutions

  • Maintain and update customer records in company databases

  • Process customer requests and ensure timely resolution of concerns

  • Support internal teams with administrative and customer service-related tasks

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance customer experience

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or business administration are a plus
