Job Description
We are looking for a professional and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in providing quality support.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist with order processing, tracking, and problem resolution
Maintain clear and organized customer records
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Ensure all support interactions meet company standards
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with customer support software is preferred
Professional, courteous, and solution-focused attitude
