As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering exceptional support and assistance in addressing their needs. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing accurate information about products and services
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Managing customer concerns and escalating when necessary
  • Ensuring follow-up on all issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
