Nexmos Design is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping us maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Provide product information and support related to Nexmos Design products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
