About the Role

Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and entering data into our systems, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our databases and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting data into databases and maintaining accurate records
• Reviewing and verifying data before entry to ensure accuracy
• Identifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Generating and exporting reports as required by management
• Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures
• Collaborating with team members to improve data entry processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
