Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data into our systems accurately and efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills. Responsibilities:

• Input data into company systems and databases with high accuracy.

• Ensure data integrity by regularly updating and reviewing information.

• Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.

• Collaborate with other departments to verify and cross-check information.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus but not required
