Job Description
Property Soar is currently hiring a full-time Data Entry Customer Service representative to support our operations team. This position involves entering and maintaining accurate property and client records while providing professional and courteous assistance to clients via phone and email. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into internal systems and maintain updated records
Respond to client inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Assist with processing applications, contracts, and service requests
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and report any issues to management
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality service
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies regarding data and client information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or customer service
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
