In this dynamic role, you will assist our French-speaking customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries about travel packages, booking inquiries, and offering support throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in French for inquiries related to travel bookings.
• Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements.
• Offer detailed information on travel packages, itineraries, and destinations.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends and company offerings to provide the best assistance.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple inquiries and tasks.
• Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
