Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our team in New Orleans. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective brand communication across various channels. This role plays a critical part in generating new business and maintaining Property Soar’s strong market presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Analyze property market trends and customer data

• Develop and distribute marketing materials for listings and promotions

• Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities

• Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with company goals

• Attend property events and assist in promotional activities

• Monitor performance of campaigns and prepare regular reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or a related industry

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
