Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management system.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve ongoing issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
