Job Description

As an Events Assistant at Signal Tru Brand, you will play an integral role in planning and executing successful events. You will support the event coordination team by assisting in logistics, client communication, and on-site management. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events and programs
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportation
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations
• Manage event timelines and ensure all aspects are on schedule
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs efficiently
• Handle administrative tasks related to event preparation and follow-up
• Support the events team in managing budgets and ensuring cost-efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Previous event planning experience is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
