Job Description:
Sharpcontra is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining office efficiency and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls while managing inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and office calendars.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Ensure security protocols are followed for guests and visitors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
