Job Description

As a Junior Account Representative at Nexmos, Design, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams. Your role will focus on managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services meet and exceed expectations. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and requirements

• Coordinate with internal design and project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients

• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services

• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services (design industry experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
