Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service, including high volume phone and email support
• Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, processing returns and credits as necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system and address customer issues professionally

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service experience preferred; veterinary clinic experience is desirable
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Word and Outlook needed
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on maintaining accurate information
