Insurance Producer Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account activities including processing policies, invoicing, and claims reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to enhance client retention
• Oversee the renewal process for assigned clients and assist in growing the book of business

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Insurance Producer license in good standing for relevant states
• College degree in a business-related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in brokerage insurance
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office equipment
