We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting both our marketing strategies and sales initiatives to enhance client engagement and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a keen understanding of integrated marketing and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives

  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, proposals, and presentations

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to support strategic planning

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness

  • Prepare sales reports, track campaign performance, and update CRM systems

  • Participate in client communications and support business development meetings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or sales coordination role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
