Job Description:

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our business development efforts. This role will play a critical part in aligning marketing initiatives with sales strategies to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve client engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about combining marketing and sales to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement integrated marketing and sales campaigns

• Support the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights

• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and strategy

• Manage lead generation initiatives and track campaign performance

• Assist with organizing promotional events and industry conferences

• Maintain accurate records of marketing and sales metrics and generate reports

• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordination role

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
