The Conversion Specialist & Media Coordinator will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing conversion tracking across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), data layers, pixel implementation, conversion APIs, and basic technical website knowledge. The individual will also support campaign setup and media coordination, including uploading ads and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure and manage tracking tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM), and establish data layers to ensure accurate event tracking.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking through pixels and APIs across platforms like Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless data layer integration.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to launch and manage digital ad campaigns, including uploading creative assets and setting targeting parameters.
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, refining targeting, updating ad copy, and maintaining performance reports.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, align creative assets with campaign goals, and suggest process improvements for media coordination and tracking.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of agency experience working with companies in the U.S. market.
- Advanced knowledge of GTM (tags, triggers, variables, debugging) and strong understanding of data layers.
- Experience setting up conversion events and using conversion APIs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills for troubleshooting and custom tracking.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4; able to interpret data to validate event firing.
- Familiar with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI a plus).
- Skilled in ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and campaign management.
- Experience in media planning, trafficking, and optimization.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2).
