Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

• Develop and manage sales pipelines and ensure targets are met consistently.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making recommendations for improvements.

• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and sales presentations.

• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up efforts.

• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer profiles.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
