Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is currently seeking a Marketing - Branding Assistant to support our branding and marketing initiatives. This position plays a key role in assisting with brand development, campaign coordination, and marketing strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity and marketing fundamentals, with a detail-oriented and creative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of branding campaigns across various platforms

• Support the creation and maintenance of brand materials including presentations, brochures, and internal documents

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform branding strategies

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns

• Help organize promotional events and product launches

• Track performance metrics and compile reports on campaign results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign is a plus)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
