Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator at Nexmos Design, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of design projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our project management team, designers, and clients to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve overseeing project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are clear and understood.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as needed.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to update stakeholders on project status.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure resource allocation is optimized.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in the design or creative industry is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage budgets effectively.
