Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in coordinating campaigns, managing media relations, and ensuring our clients' success. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, organizational prowess, and a passion for building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports to the team.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and campaign goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals.
• Research industry trends and compile insights to support strategy development.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining PR databases.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a PR or communications role (internships count).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
